Strengths
John is an excellent agent. He helped us sell and buy. I was impressed by his knowledge of Havertown, Springfield, and Drexel Hill, and his experience shows. His persistence and vast network of contacts helped us to avoid buying a house that ha major plumbing issues, which the seller did not disclose.

Needs Improvement
Our only complaint was he could be a bit slow to return phone calls, which I suspect many relators struggle with.
