Any OTHER comments you may have about this agent.: This agent was FABULOUS! She helped me close a very complicated and difficult short sale purchase. By the end of it, the sellers were asking MY realtor to help them with paperwork. Their own realtors were from a bigger local player, but they were surprisingly unprofessional. Don't choose your agent by name recognition alone! Do your homework, and carefully and entensively interview lots of agents before you sign on with one. I learned that a big name does not necessaruly equate to ethics and professionalism. My deal would not have closed, and the sellers' home would have been forclosed on, had I been any less careful in my agent selection.
