However, when he assisted me with renting my home out again, his service went from excellent to poor. He was very non responsive and mostly communicates via text and e-mail. He rarely returns a phone call or picks the phone up when you contact him. If you do e-mail him, he will not answer all of your questions. His communication is brief and only leads to more questions. It took him days to call potential renters back and he pushed me to approve people which really didn't qualify for the home, which I didn't approve. A different agent actually found a renter for the home and after I paid him his commission, I cut all ties with him. I will never use him again and I will certainly never recommend him to someone. I caught him in several lies throughout the transaction and he also c
aused a great misunderstanding between me and my renter with his poor communication style. He also seems very distracted and overwhelmed. He was also ready to give up on renting my home after just a short time, simply because he didn't want to deal with it anymore. He is hypocritical and unprofessional. If he didn't want to assist me, he should have said so and then recommended me to a reliable realtor or property management company. He did me and himself a great disservice by continuing to provide me with poor service instead of referring me elsewhere. I have no doubt the house didn't rent immediately because he didn't want to deal with my renter and he really didn't want to deal with a rental home at all. It's very unfortunate that the experience ended on a negative note, as I had years of positive experience with him and referred business to him. Unless he became more focused again, improved his communication style, and increased his flexibility, I would not reco
mmend him. However, I would never personally work with him again.

Horrible Horrible Horrible Service!!! My husband and I were so annoyed and frustrated with the service after we found our dream house that we will never used them again. Wow, A lot to be said about how this agent handles real estate. I gave Gerry the benefit of the doubt when another person told me not to give her my listing. She failed miserably in my opinion at being a competent Real Estate agent in my transaction.
She failed to return calls in a timely manner, failed to close the sale on a contract we had, Sellers agent basically said that she didn’t return his calls when he called her. Even after getting that kind of feedback I extended the contract again to give her the opportunity to sell my house. We went to contract w/another buyer & the day before the closing she Insults me & my family because in her opinion my Oven wasn't clean enough to her satisfaction, This agent seriously has no class & failed to remember that the person that paid her commission & fed her while real estate is in shambles was I - No gratitude at all. She calls me today 3 weeks after closing to ask me how i'm doing? Is this lady serious??

I've been an Engineer for 15 years and deal with people all over the world, I have never been treated with such disrespect in my entire professional career. I have communicated my displeasure with my entire network of Family, Friends & Co-Workers, of which I have quite a few in the Tampa Bay area. Sorry Gerry you get an F in my book as a Real Estate agent.

My wife and I had to sell our home quickly because of our jobs being move out of Nevada. Mitch manipulated us simply to make a quick sale. The only thing he was after was easy money on a sale where he didn't have to do much work. This was very difficult for my family and made even worse by Mitch.

Kelly Welsh lacks integrity; she discloses sellers financial information with the buyers without permission. She has a habit of lying and placing blame on others, the buyers realtor affectionately refers to her as “the snake.” We refuse to work with Mel Foster in the future; Kelly’s attitude was absolutely deplorable! She was uncooperative with our relocation company, our relocation rep repeatedly tried to contact her the day before closing and she never returned his calls. She is willing to take advantage of others as long as she gets her commission.

I had a very awkward and unusual experience with this agent. He was briefly nice at first when I requested information on a house that I thought he was the listing agent for. When he found out that we hadn't decided on a permanent agent for our family yet and that I wasn't going to automatically chose him, he became unhelpful, rude, and aggressive. It was very odd behavior and made us feel very uncomfortable. His actions appeared very self-serving and implied a strong sense of entitlement without the concept of earning someone's business. Very Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde with his surprising and fluctuating mood swing. After I told him to stop contacting me, he continued to send hostile emails. We decided to steer very clear of him.

However,he is not professional at all, don't follow up, and don't respond to phone calls. He helps manage property for investment buyers, but find tenants that are subpar. He don't check potential tenants. Many of his clients need to evict tenants because not paying rent for many months. He will call when property needs repairs, but don't offer specific or no paper work, despite many requests. Never forward important documents to clients, such as rental agreements.

By the end of it, the sellers were asking MY realtor to help them with paperwork. Their own realtors were from a bigger local player, but they were surprisingly unprofessional.
